1.are you sure that you were re-installing Windows 11?
according to your description, you have installed wrong version of windows.
2.have you activated the windows 11 you use previously?
3.The default windows recovery on your hard disk drive is based on system recovery data, it still stays in windows 10.
4.your windows 11 is an upgraded version which is from windows 10.
