因為台灣資產稅便宜.
剛回頭看到你9/3有整理的部分, 其實很不錯.
日本說是失落(沒長進)的30年, 但他們開銷也停滯.
所以真有那麼痛苦?
大阪最近才漲回來, 我看同標準物件, 還是比台灣便宜些.
他們都是用什麼LDK, 這個我不會, 就說是2臥室好了.
=> 比台灣便宜1/8... 或台灣價格乘以0.85好了.
抓個大概.

如果對台灣才便宜1/8, 那對日本本地人感覺應是漲很兇的。。因為現在匯率台灣是對日本2011強勢時是漲100%，(1:5 vs 1:2.5)。台灣現在房貴到天、對日匯率強到翻，日本房才便宜那丁點....
