還有一個重點在於移民過去能夠從事什麼工作。
如果在當地還能經營個什麼事業跟純靠積蓄跟金融被動收入完全是兩個概念。

在我眼裡，那邊基本上都是玩房產為主。不過3000萬事玩不了啥房產，還有就是萬一租賣出問題，生活就會出問題。這三地其實做啥我看大多差不多， 一般好壞就1-2倍差距最多，不會像在美帝那一樣好壞有天地之別感覺，所以謀到一個正職就差不多了。有那3000萬就當底，不要在亂搞啥事業，那邊不利商，小心虧的底褲都沒了....
