胃割了 就沒辦法吃東西了 當然會瘦
萬惡之源就是吃太多
沒胃應該也會早死

影片中有說還是可以進食，除了對密度高的牛肉比較有困難外，其它無忌。比較神奇的是24小時內胰臟就開始正常工作

等體內儲存的 B12 用完就知道苦了。

影片有說會掉髮些，查了一下掉髮和B12有關，也許是如此。。不過這不知可不可以靠打針補充 
我是比較好奇這種到70之後身體邁入另一階段衰老是不是有其他嚴重副作用
