飛機失事調查是件很嚴謹的工作,雖然"波音"現在是惡名昭彰,
但仍然應該相信參於調查的每個單位與人員。
初步調查報告不是"波音的報告"。
事故資料是在印度下載,工程資料也只有原製廠才能解析說明。(這應該是合理)
"The download from the FWD EAFR was attempted at the
AAIB Lab on 24th June 2025. The CPM was retrieved from the EAFR and found to be in good condition. The CPM was mounted on the Golden Chassis and the raw data was downloaded from the EAFR.
The downloaded flight data contained approximately 49 hours of flight data and 6 flights, including the event flight. The recovered audio was two hours in length and captured the event. Initial Analysis of the recorded audio and flight data has been done."
初步調查報告裡:
"In the cockpit voice recording, one of the pilots is heard asking the other why did he cutoff. The other pilot responded that he did not do so."
沒有說是副駕駛問,正駕駛答。
"能在一秒內完成嗎?",調查過程裡一定會找有經驗787機師實際操作評估是否合理。
有沒有可能是Fuel Control Switch Box內機件出問題,或是ECU(FADEC)收到錯誤電子訊號,這些都會是調查過程的重點。(硬體非破壞性檢查,後續拆檢,系統控制邏輯檢查...等等)
這次初步調查報告要挑最大毛病,就是沒有把工程資料完整呈現,特別是座艙裡的語音對話。只是簡單描述,是最大的瑕疵。
如果印度能召開記者會,詳細說明與呈現相關資料,播放座艙裡的對話,公眾的疑問就會少很多。
現在只能等一年後的詳細調查報告。
