不過比較意外的是我這次又檢查出有中度脂肪肝(兩年前檢查沒有),
但我這兩年來體重一直控制得很好,體脂比也只有16.6%,
血脂也比上次低(膽固醇總量正常,壞膽固醇還是偏高,

沒想到16.6%體脂也能有中度脂肪肝...  我20%體脂無脂肪肝. 我現在歸功於低碳飲食。我之前靠運動也到無脂肪肝,但沒減碳復胖容易。現在減碳,沒啥運動,體 重 還更低。
LDL超難降,我半年低碳減了12公斤,LDL才-1,130->129。  還被醫師冷笑。。不過沒驗sd-LDL, 不知是否組成有因此變化。三月公司體檢前一個弄了紅麴吃了一個月,變107。。。
