1080P 及以下都是 VP9, AVC1, WebM
更低流量就用 WebM，WebM 雖然老技術了
但是它有低流量優勢，而且編解碼的硬體需求很低.

youtube有的1080p甚至720p都有av1..我是在猜就算沒硬解，軟解也解得動，所以就換過去了。對youtube來說應該是能省空間和流量就省，這都是他的營運成本。
