最後大部分人應該都缺維生素D,這個可以去抽血檢驗,
一次大概700元,維生素D沒辦法靠食物攝取,
曬太陽可能要每天在工地工作才有機會到標準,
靠補劑台灣普遍又貴劑量又少,我是透過代購去買costco維D補劑,
一顆5000IU,還配有K12防止維D攝取過多產生高血鈣,
我吃一個月就有非常顯著效果,補到9X ng/mL。

不知你沒吃前多少?一般人沒吃有30就很厲害了,更不要提保健品D3/K2還需要轉換,你轉換效率還真好。。。。。你有另外吃魚肝油嗎?
我之前吃兩年,有800IU,2000IU和5000IU的,才48.4。這東西真的因人而異,有的需要吃到10000-20000 IU才會動。你的體質可以不需吃高劑量的,但沒驗的不知自己轉換不好的吃400/800IU真的是吃心酸的。
