增加斷食強度。。168太弱,最少186,最好一天一餐。我平日是186,中午吃兩份低碳水蔬菜餐盒,到隔天早上六點。平日也沒運動。我這樣是73降到67,比以前拼命跑步降輕鬆多了。我試過24H,這樣沒飢餓感,不過我是家庭業力因素沒法執行一天一餐。我早餐被給的就麵包或包子和水果,以生酮來說根本沒吃的價值。水果常吃的話要戒掉,很夭壽的東西。
