買容易啊，敢不敢簽和付不付得出才重要。會買要不就結婚被迫不然就把房當理財的居多。否則真正買得起大多要累積和投資後才行。像我前同事有兩個40左右退休了，當時都未婚與退休回老家，一個還是寫很多文章和油管的海公公大戶。如果當時是結婚又買房，就沒太多本金搞這了。。。
