真正決定的不是他點的那些，是這些後面的人，也是真的藏鏡人。。。 
這場疫情，從頭到到尾都是一場監管俘虜(regulatory capture)的測試，基本抄西方醫療制度的都很慘。去年那波我看行為就知道台灣也不會例外，現在會這樣也沒好意外。
