歐洲統計局（Eurostat）本周公布的數據顯示，繼2020年出現破紀錄的衰退後，歐盟的國內生産總值（GDP）在 2021年增長了5.2%。歐盟範圍內的GDP剛剛超過17兆美元，恢復了Covid-19疫情之前的規模。另一方面，中國2021年的GDP增長了8.1%。達到17.7兆美元，首次超過了整個歐盟。
