體質不一樣,吸收不一樣。再說不可能做到飲食均衡。。能上架在外面買的,劑量其實都是極低,發現無益其實是很正常。

以最近被提起的維他命D來說,標準是800IU。但下面這些就告訴你,這劑量是在很多人ˋ只是吃快樂的。
