前段時間聊到這個問題, 所以很多人不爽繳稅就是因此.
雖說公職就是考進去, 而且有很多不同部門職員, 不能一概而論.
但政府是人民養的, 而人民很大比例苦哈哈的時候給自己加薪?
所以斜槓的越來越多, 然後不繳稅.
我本來會吐槽不繳稅的人, 但後來覺得.. 這就是一種因果.
(當然, 也是有無論如何不愛繳稅的, 但因為現況的人更多了)

大部份的人民其實是沒繳稅, 就算有繳也微不足道. 八成五繳7%的稅. 
630萬申報戶中，51.2%申報戶適用零稅率、32.5%適用5%稅率，合計近8成4申報戶繳稅188億元、僅占7.2%，其餘1成6則負擔9成3稅額，其中適用40%稅率者共繳稅1136億元、占43.9%。
