歐美人不吃雞腿,所以會低價外銷亞洲。很多肉商都會大量進口美國雞腿,再賣給夜市或餐廳。
我爸以前公司就是在做這個的,進口美國雞腿,做成片狀,再用神祕滷汁去滷。聽說那神祕滷汁超貴,由一家專門公司在做。做好的半成品再賣給餐廳,聽說銷路非常好。
我吃過很多次,真的很好吃。

這個在美國可能是 chicken feet 翻譯錯誤,或是叫法不同。
大腿 thighs, 小腿 drumsticks, 在 walmart 都是常規在賣的。
是更下面的 lower legs 雞爪 chicken feet 這個,我就真沒在美國 walmart 看過。

If you are talking about the upper leg, the “drumstick”, you have been misinformed - we eat those all the time! In fact, I have some at home that are going to be cooked up for dinner tonight!
If, on the other hand, you are talking about the lower leg and foot, it’s mostly because they are a lot of work to prepare, and very little meat on them. I’m game to try ‘em, but have never had the opportunity locally. I HAVE seen them at my local market in the last year or so, but don’t know how to prepare them.
