我是覺得台鐵不要在肩負環島責任. 把基隆和貢寮這線路賣給北北基, 路線全改捷運化.台鐵拿錢升級硬件和優化剩下的資產與專賣便當. 時代變了, 選擇也變了, 這種一個可以繞台的鐵路只是沒有效率和貴的的堅持.
