我們德州去年剛開始嚴重的時候也常發生這種事.
單日確診忽然暴高. 或是單日陽性比例暴高.
基本上就是晚報出測驗結果阿. 這有什麼奇怪的.
像大型檢測驗監獄和老人中心. 那數字後來回來都很驚人.
還包括比較偏鄉的. 他們檢體要送檢驗中心. 檢驗中心又不是24/7.
後期基本上只要是週末完或是大節日完的隔一兩天數字都偏高.
我不相信有那一個國家資源可以大到你檢測結果馬上出來馬上連線馬上統計. 就臺灣要求的入境的PCR檢測. 美國這邊大概是2天到7天的時間才會出來. 快篩是很快但怎麼可能一堆醫療跟私人機構會馬上連線到中央CDC報上去.
美國到後期對得病數已經沒有感了. 大部份的州政府或市政府都改用陽性比例跟病床比例去決定嚴重程度.
去年七八月川普講的那段話. "你要我把得病人數控制下來. 那我就減少篩檢的資源. 少人檢測. 數字就掉下來了" 這句話當下會覺得他很誇張. 但實際上沒有錯. 單看陽性人數多寡就是繼續照成恐慌.
