問題在於美國發展太早，
之前的東西到現在已經不適用，
而且德州那地方，
根本沒想過會下冰雨，
沒有準備的東西，
問題一出現，
自然挫賽。
不要説德州，
美國東北岸也是年年下雪，
也是近幾年電力公司有在維護電線，
才沒有經常下雪停電。
連美東都這樣，
根本沒必要去罵德州什麼的，
美國的基礎建設其實已經老舊過時了。

馬上就全美都一樣
幾乎同樣的雪暴大停電十年前2011年德州就發生過了，導致3百多萬戶停電，超級盃改地點，聯邦能源管理委員會同年提出報告，警告德州電力缺乏對應天氣災害的防護措施(weatherizing)，結果被州政府當耳邊風束之高閣，就像那市長的想法一樣，這種倒楣事人民就是去靠自己唄~

甚至更早在1989年也發生過因為電力斷網導致超級盃延賽。
