看原始討論底下有提到說是故意backdate驅動程式 ,
以防意外覆蓋主機版的驅動程式 ,
讓Windows優先使用主機板的驅動程式

這邊 也有說明

但對這方面不懂 , 如果仍然要以現有的主機板驅動為優先 ,
那更新這個不會被優先使用的驅動幹嘛
