公司本來就出錢說的算。他有能力借到10億，當然就是他囉。像我前公司老闆，股份老早被稀釋掉，還不是他說的算，沒法度，他能搞定那些百億上市公司大股東。
比較難做的是政府。。以他自說的一個月八千萬薪資成本，他那10E能撐多久。不給復飛，員工就說政府不給機會。。
