前陣子大M公司有某個缺
剛好朋友在裏頭
就直接內投 結果主管打槍
說年紀太大
他們本來想請的台大電機的女生沒有要來
那個缺直到現在還懸宕在那裏
台灣職場對年紀過40的人
真的很不友善

有時那位子的預算就只有新人而已。。那主管要看多大，小主管就算了，本身就不夠大，不可能找資深的。但如果主管是管小主管的主管，那才有戲。
不過年紀大進不了大公司的也沒關係。有人脈進小公司，老闆看得到，願意分享其實反而更好。大公司其實是45-60會讓你很煩惱的，裡面派系鬥爭一點也不會少，一個景氣波動很可能讓你高齡失業。。
