講到薪資與老人, 我聽聞過幾間公司的作法是把薪資設立一個上限 (當然不是明文規定).
就像曲線圖進入高平原, 後面還是會意思意思調整, 只是幅度越來越小, 免得把柄, 不爽不要做.

基本上都是如此的。薪資高稅就重,營運壓力也大,通常都會另尋他法弄到自己口袋。
拿我前公司例子,老闆幾個重視的都是200-400W這區段在領的,公司有沒有加薪分紅根本不重要。我常私下笑,那裡一個人的薪資都是不是圈子內一整個部門的薪資。不是圈內的,你每年在想加薪或分紅根本是緣木求魚,人家已在拿股權複利在準備賣公司賣股,敲更大筆的,壓根就不會有調薪或分紅的需要,都只是喊給你聽的。
