這個是世界性的問題,
包括台灣, 日本, 大陸, 美國及歐盟,
都有過度樂觀估計人口與經濟成長率, 以及基金收益率,
讓老年給付變成政府執行的龐式騙局.
目前看不出有哪個國家有低代價解決方案,
目前能有的選項有,
一惡性通膨稀釋幾付,
二賤賣國家資產給財閥,
三發動戰爭減少人口.

三的機會比較低，有錢有勢的會怕死，風險也大。。。二是快速進行，一是慢速進行。 
這是無解的，要有做到死的準備。  前提是你還有得做
