加薪和年終比飛安服勤獎金更容易被動吧  飛安服勤獎金是有出勤去飛才有，一定會拿到，而不是先省下來，年底再分吧，分也沒有基準。。待過外面公司就知道，加薪和年終這兩樣很黑的。你可能做到流汗做到死，但是卻是最少甚至零。直接出勤飛直接賺，每人均一價，對那些菜鳥其實未必差。不要太相信新聞那些數字和月數，除非公布歷年菜鳥薪資和漲幅。。。
