四個月的「年終獎金」、加薪這其實沒有飛安服勤獎金這和時數直接掛鉤穩定。。。。前面有很多後臺操作，你有可能付出一堆，但是最後是很少的，這在一般公司很常見。對資方來說，少了彈性與操作空間。
