基層空服員的離職率以前接近8%(3000人約240離職)，2018降低接近4%(4400人約170)。
但是主管們(低、中)離職率接近1%，高層則是0%。
主管不可能是畢業生。
長榮自己的資料，歷年新進員工、離職員工，30以上即便離職，新進的30以上還是少很多，
幾乎都是30以下佔大多數。
不如說有個詛咒，不是主管的人不容易幹到30以上。這是截至2017的狀況。
(2018以後統計沒有細分空服地勤年齡統計。)

果然和我之前說的，這也和其他公司一樣。。。
沒工作時多是公司請我請我，願意配合，等進去兩三年看通了現實面，就開始狗幹公司，無良的慣老闆，老子/娘不幹了  
這只是說明，要卡位要去剛創的星宇，比較有機會在5-10年後變那離職率低的一群。。。。
