所以中高階主管特別耐操?!

中高主管不是特別耐操,而有年資又薪資高,換工作成本高。這也是資方在薪資創造階級的目的之一。上次華航罷工,有班機是組員是全座艙長,就說明上面的通常不願意罷工。
這其實每家有規模的公司一定會遇到,不是只有長榮而已。要實質提升薪資,必須靠升職而非罷工,可惜的是航空業新創機會低,沒有太多地方讓下面的去,許多一看不對或不想耗的,就換轉職了。。。
