把房子賣了，換小房或干脆去住養老院。

其實想一想這也不是啥好事，有時還不知往那裡搬，尤其美國那大。。。年紀大適應力弱，想搬也要有人推薦。
這邊有grant cardone的影片。。裡面要人存稅前收入的40%，裡面第一個就拿年薪12W美金的來做試算，在矽谷是很難做到，因為可能付完房租就空了，代表要吃進那筆想存的錢，這意味你無法有錢做投資來錢滾錢。
