Manta, is a type of dumpling popular in most Turkic cuisines, as well as in the cuisines of the South Caucasus, Central Asia more broadly, Afghanistan, and Chinese Muslims.

在文藝復興,14世紀以前,歐洲幾乎沒有飲食文化。dumpling 餃子這種吃法,應該都是東方傳過去的。
