之前在另一討論串就說過了，這種看似美好，但現實就很殘酷。沒有人口，就沒有經濟規模，後面還有更多成本沒看到。最近巴黎為了油稅稍微調漲，就暴動了，裡面來的很多就是鄉村人口。真要住鄉下，鬼島反而比較適合，地小然後國營的油水電天然氣就沒經濟規模的問題。
樓主還是買富士鏡頭就好，將來比房還有價值。
