越晚移民的人越慘，尤其那些賣掉北市房子整家移民的，十幾年來房子都漲了三倍，美國的錢應該還沒台北房子這麼好賺？
不過真的移民的人可能很多都夠有錢夠聰明，比較不會做這種傻事

不一定吧，看是美國那裡吧，如果是紐約和舊金山那可就不一定。另外還要看匯率，是29以下還是32的，都會影響很多。。。
我是看過紐澳移美國整個錯失過去十年好光景的。。。差的匯率與少1到1.5倍的地產增值。
並不是聰不聰明，真的看你命有沒有比較實在。。。。
