有網路的世界, 除非是"都市娛樂," 不然真心覺得鄉下比較好.
我也是從台南"市"搬出來, 享受清淨好空間(可惜現在哪裡空氣都差).
十多年前, 那時候出來覺得整個世界都不同, 晚上沒有喧鬧街道聲.
台南市依然有溫度的房地產, 不過外圈已經冷卻.
一坪從14萬漲到22萬降回17萬.
時間對比上面價格是8年前, 2~4年前, 今年.
不過豪宅大樓依然穩定上升中, 從市政府過去往海邊方向.
一億3千萬都有.

國外地大，鄉下的程度也是有差異會比台灣更明顯，最好不要太浪漫。沒資產的，也是很難到有相對機能的"鄉下"去退休。網路就是那機能之一，紐澳很多鄉下地方是無經濟效益是無寬頻網路，只剩貴森森的衛星。老外有資產的就會賣掉市區，還能拿一半去有機能的"鎮"去退休，沒資產就可能被迫到更無機能的地方，如沒米當勞，沒超市。。
