他媽雪梨房價都是乘以2起跳...

拿鄉下比都市本來就不能比。。出了雪梨，澳洲房也便宜，有些地方都剩當年1/4價了，但一般人是不可能搬去那種地方。比較幸運是可以在鄉下有份好工作吧
