這地價稅根本不是去做福利用的，而是維持與開發一個城市。。。
前面有當地人說的那才是事實，地價稅是市府的搖錢樹。。。。。否則真以為只有你去加拿大領高薪，然後加拿大市府人員拿低薪服務你!?鬼島都沒這樣了，還加拿大?事實上當然市府也跟漲薪，水電也跟著漲，然後一連串跟著漲阿。。。。  市府要錢，當然就收房地產相關阿，沒啥比這更快更肥更合理了~~~
