到了這個價位，其實難的不是房價了，沒有家族事業可以接又沒有特別優秀的年輕人一般都不可能這麼早存到半個億，所以也不用去想太多∼
住的了的人，大部分都是家裡資助或先買好給的（前面幾樓就有人先買個小孩∼），但是是就算有人給你，你也養不起。
同樣5千萬的房子，加拿大房子一年最低花費要30萬台幣，台灣房子最多10∼15萬（主要還是花在管理費），以台灣薪資，如果有同樣的錢，在台灣生活會舒適的多了。

這個才是現實。。。之前在數字站上看過一個分享自家溫哥華的地價稅單，記得是5-6萬元加幣，當時匯率30左右，所以當時一年要150-180萬台幣。印象中那人來自"又老又窮"的高雄，不過人家底厚，繳得起，我只能讚嘆
