移居國外，如果沒有上班需求，有時候住離市中心遠一點，不管是房租或房價，生活壓力真的差很多，偏偏很多華人都喜歡擠在一起，把房價炒到恨天高，才在那邊唉唉叫生活很苦。
話說中國被管制外匯，再加上澳洲限制貸款，不到一個月前，好友路過一間炒房熱點區域（都計確定可以改建大樓）的房子正在拍賣，去年200萬澳幣一定買不到，起標價125萬，沒人喊，強著我朋友就125喊下去，屋主堅持要到130才要賣，所以流標，最後聽說仲介一直問之前有興趣的人，有沒人有意願，最後聽說是有兩個人在之後一小時說願意加價，有一個人135買走。
不知道溫哥華有沒有崩盤跡象

華人怎會叫，都是錢在加價喊上去的~~~在哀哀叫的都是老外，老外可以花20澳幣買人家塗的avocado toast，華人很少人買得下去的~  華人不管哪裡，都是首選學區和機能，就是為小孩為保值。。。不這樣做就不是華人了
