有火車可搭算是幸福的.我家住在海線,三流的縣只有山線有鐵路.小時候要先坐車去東邊或者到彰化巿轉火車去台北,高雄.

現在要搭可能更困難。。。
早期選擇不多、台鐵設備新、人員年輕、人口也沒被都市磁吸嚴重，台鐵可以賺錢，小站都多會停，不要太鳥的站甚至都有自強。現在跟不上時代，以路經嘉義來說，非嘉義很多站已無自強，早10-20年，那些站一天都有3-4班，連嘉義本身一天都只剩一班普悠瑪。這是惡性循環，很快人就放棄台鐵了。。。
