老實說宗教勸人為善這好像也不用天天講。
我相信每個人都是有側隱之心的。差別只是有沒有化為行動。
但是,在健身抗衰老部份,宗教好像是一籌莫展。哪怕是用心的修行者久居山林,
透過練氣,靜坐,瑜伽,能深入禪定境界的,也難逃衰老疾病死亡。只是有限的減緩。
反而早年務農的,普遍都活的久。我阿公就9x才走。
很多修行人被灌輸修行不是為了色身的觀念。那是病痛衰老沒上自身前講的漂亮話。
隨著年紀增加,經不起現實考驗的,對世人沒實質幫助的,我漸漸用這標準來檢查這一切。
畢竟人類的生命真得不長。一些感慨。

何必抗衰老。人每一天都是死了,死到不能在死了。看著照片裡10, 20, 30年前的我,早已不復在。就連那最象徵我的中心思想也都不復在了,那我又何必堅持維持那身體。沒有所謂的完美,完美就是不斷的改變。接受死亡,才有創造。
