How to hard reset Novatel MiFi 2352

Steps to reset Novatel MiFi 2352 to factory settings

1. For battery powered devices, the device should not be connected to the wall charger/usb cable
2. Look for a pinhole on the top left hand side (or just outside [left-top] the battery compartment)
3. Find a paperclip or a pen, small enough to fit into the reset pinhole
4. Press and hold the reset button in the pinhole for 40 seconds
5. After 40 seconds stop pressing the button and wait 10 seconds.

The default factory settings are:

Default IP address: 192.168.1.1
Default username: blank
Default password: admin
If this username/password does not match, look for a sticker on the back of the device.
