唉...我有過類似經歷說
有一次可能是過敏，全身腫脹一天內體重上升約10磅。當天找家庭醫生看診，拿了一包Claritin 另外約了一個過敏科的醫生在約10天後。
結果3天後自然消腫了，因為沒有癥狀，後來過敏醫生也看不出個所以然來，不知道原因也沒什麼好注意的
。隨手開了個緊急抗過敏針(像電影一樣開蓋後對著大腿戳)，說以後有類似情況再說.....
