maybe two timer can't be sync or one clock stopping
which means your board contain quantum effect on it
like a hole effect or hall effect or entagement....

recommend using CPU timer which is enclose by case.
long distance archtecture can reduce such a quantum
you can see its "nm" length between each circuit...

if cpu has dual core and runs with ECC core is good
the manufactor of CPU can using optical method to
the CPU clooler and RAM cooper will also effect the
stability due to cooper can remove heat quickly and
if the fan is in high speed which will intrudce a vortex
which effect quantume level so I put Magnt!!!
