萬巒那邊的人是這樣滷豬腳的嗎?
吃過幾次萬巒豬腳, 只有當地剛起鍋才好吃, 其他餐廳或外面擺久都一樣會硬掉
以前買真空包回來加熱, 結果又油又硬的有夠難吃
里港的以前也專程跑去吃過一次, 覺得還是直接去基隆吃就好
滷肉真的是要功夫, 要把皮跟肥肉滷到軟, 但瘦肉卻不能滷到柴, 能做到的真的不多

我以前在台北工作時 要是嘴饞想吃豬腳,我也會買萬泰的真空包
照他的說明隔水加熱時間到起鍋 沾著附送的蒜蓉醬油....阿....想到我又餓了阿...
現在人在異鄉想吃也吃不到了
