賽斯的說法就是要知道自己的信念，顯性的、隱性的。因為信念創造實像，因此如果知道自己的信念，那自然就能改變你現在你不滿意的實像。但其實不管任何信念，只是讓你陷在這場遊戲中而已，如狗一般被捆在一處，原地繞圈圈罷了。因此不懂信念實像，就便改變如你意了，你又只是反方向繞，暫時的順境只是悄悄加深你那反向的信念，最後你又想要再改運。。。。 
你無法逃避你的創造。死亡不是你們任何人所需要擔心的，你的創造才是。你無法把你的創造歸罪於任何上帝、任何事實或者任何命運。。。賽斯~
