清蒸肉圓比較好吃+1
可惜台北大部分都是炸的
之前在蘆洲湧蓮寺旁邊有吃到一家清蒸的還不錯
店裡有個外國人在幫忙

其實說真的，屏東肉圓不算是用蒸的，比較像是隔水加熱
因為我小時候很好奇，曾經在旁邊看老闆處理肉圓 
而台北賣的清蒸肉圓就真的用像是蒸包子的方式烹調
我住台北時試過幾家清蒸肉圓的店，那個味道吃起來跟屏東肉圓不一樣 
吃過幾次之後就不再嘗試了.....
