兇手
孩子的爺爺奶奶、周圍鄰居都作證說，「兇手」平時非常乖，是「幾乎不會吠叫，有點兒膽小，很溫順的狗」，且「從沒與鄰居發生過任何衝突」。

今天去上了寵物行為的繼續教育課程
「幾乎不會吠叫，有點兒膽小，很溫順的狗」 都表示了牠是有潛在攻擊行為的狗
尤其是黃金獵犬這種狗不應該會表現出膽小的樣子
而當一個十個月大的小孩向牠爬過去時，以狗的視角來說 就是一個攻擊的好標地
還有就是可能飼主忽略了"介紹"這個動作
所以讓狗認為這個小孩對她來說是個威脅，所以發生這樣的悲劇
