我覺得這經費應該直接給台鐵去蓋想蓋的南港直達宜蘭的鐵路還比較有效益。台鐵放棄掉基隆、瑞芳到南港這段鐵路來直接更改成捷運。這種建設就是重複性高(不過台灣專做這種事),台鐵硬留這些資產,只會因這捷運分蝕再運量下跌,反而更慘。台鐵這路線的沿站早已不重要了(看太魯閣或普悠瑪的停靠就知),還不如早早放生掉換一條真正能省時更有獲益效益的鐵路(試想看光那些小站對班次調度與維護成本),而基隆汐止居民也能換到不用等太久就得到真正的捷運,而不是那啥半調子的玩意。
