海線公寓在大肚
我知道公寓類型在大肚其實沒有很優....但價位上是我必須妥協的
只是
剛看了一下當地2011的交易紀錄
差不多的公寓就賣288現在開價388
假設300成交...那,已經快20年的公寓來說
fxcu的保值阿 
根本送禮自用兩相宜....硍
難怪名嘴都大談炒房投資理論,根本一群混帳  |
我想不是保值。以貨幣貶值或國際的觀點來看，它是貶值的，因為沒有成長。會有這錯覺是因為那貼近市場的支撐，也就是普遍當地地工資與貸款能承受的價格~
