The operator sounds like a black woman. She asked the Asian woman the same question "how many were they?" 3 times in less than 2 minutes, between around 6:00 to 7:39. The Asian woman told the Black operator twice that she was bleeding on the head from the gunshot wound, the Black operator still continued to ask stupid questions, trying to prolong delaying the call for ambulance. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
