自己要住的話, 就算一坪900萬, 也和自己沒關係, 難不成一坪漲到900萬, 政府還給你錢嗎?
但房屋稅是你一定要交的, 等於你生活的成本提高了, 現在如果時光倒回, 再給他們一次機會
說不定這次就有更多人不願意都更了

不會有人要都更+1。。。開價是一回事，丟出來賣有沒有那價就另一回事，但每年該繳給政府的一毛都跑不掉。。。五萬就一家庭半年的伙食費了~
