你要是知道現在的中華電董事長是誰,就知道這是不可能的
我覺得他最擅長討好董事會跟投資人,對用戶不友善.
這個在準壟斷事業是很無奈的事,不會像在TSMC一樣被趕出去.
我覺得重點反而是低頻寬的用戶應該早一點提升到至少8M,價格不變(200NTD/月)
這樣至少HD的迅源可以順利撥放,有利台灣人使用高解析度視訊及環境
特別是ADSL的部分,中華電賺太多了,也太吝嗇了(固定成本早已回收)
NCC應該照顧這些低頻寬用戶,改善資訊不平衡的現實

其實和誰董事無關，在很久以前就是如此。公司本來就是為了獲利不是為了用戶。我只是對主管機關讓它一直玩升速遊戲很感冒，現在用的是60M/20M，已經很夠用。我想看到是將來價格減少，而不是變100/40M價格不變。給消費者這選擇意味EPS會降低，當然對中華電的存股種花股東們，股價與股利會有很大影響。
